Bernie, age 4, lives in an orphanage.
To others, she appears to be an ordinary child, but in truth, she is a half-blood born of a Great Demon King and a human, and the rightful heir to the Demon King’s throne.
While staying in the human world as part of her journey to become the Demon King, she hears news that she is to become a young lady of a Duchy.
Though momentarily taken aback, a certain memory soon comes to mind...
"To become the Demon King, you must find an excellent human guardian!"
"Leave it to me! Humans are easy to handle!"
It was advice from Ruri, her caretaker from the demon realm. Taking it lightly, Bernie agrees.
But wait! It’s not just any Dual family, it’s the House of Yudia, a sworn enemy of the demon world, a family blessed with sacred power.
She’s going to a place like that? Bernie is doomed...!
But only for a moment.
With the [Prophecy Notebook] Ruri left her, and her irresistible cuteness, she decides to win over the ducal family and turn her thorny path to becoming the Demon King into a bed of flowers.
Will Bernie find her guardian and become the Demon King? Follow Bernie's long journey!
